Update on Chick Policies & Procedures

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the current government-mandated policies, we have had to alter our business procedures, especially regarding baby chick purchases. We are considered an "essential business", therefore we will be able to stay open to continue serving the community. We will be getting chicks as scheduled onFridays. In order to practice Social Distancing, we will be assigning appointment pick-up times, and limiting access to the Chick Room to one customer at a time. If you’re planning to pick up chicks, please call the store to schedule your pick-up appointment time. You may also show up at the store to sign up for a chick room appointment. We will be allocating 10 minutes per customer to select chicks. Appointments will begin Friday at 11am and continue into Saturday based on need. If we have an abundance of demand for chicks this week, we will be adjusting our order to bring in more chicks next week. If there’s something special you’re looking for (minimum 8 – 10 chicks of the same type and color) please email Elizabeth: liz@snohomishcoop.com .

 

We strongly encourage phone-in orders and payment. We can gather your items for you and bring your order to your car. We are offering our customers free delivery as well. Please let us know if there is a way we can help you!
