Voting Membership

Voting members purchase a single voting share (one-time $50 purchase) of the Co-op and are eligible to:

• Receive patronage (when the Board of Directors votes to distribute patronage)
• Receive elevated discounts at Co-op Rewards Days sales
• 10% off of Bulk pallet purchases
• 3% off of fuel purchases
• Be active contributors during elections
• Provide feedback directly to the board
• Attend the annual general meeting
• Run for Board of Director positions when they are open

Voting member eligibility requirements are:

• Spend $2,500 or more annually
• Live or work within 15 miles from one of our retail locations
• Show a dedication to agriculture
• Submit a bio
• Be voted in by the Board of Directors*

*The Board of Directors reserves the right to make individual accommodations on a select basis.
