Here are the types we carry, their purposes, and what type of animal they are most suitable for to help you pick the ideal fence for you.

Split Rail Fence

Split rail fences, also known as post and rail fences, are a classic choice for a rustic look. This type of fence is typically made of wood, and consists of posts and rails. It is most commonly used for defining property boundaries, and as a decorative feature. Split rail fences are not ideal for containing small animals, as the gaps between the rails can be quite large. Split Rail Fencing is a very popular choice.

Dowel Fence

Dowel fences are similar to split rail fences, but they are made of logs that have been split and rounded to create a more uniform look. This type of fence is also typically made of wood, and is commonly used for defining property boundaries and as a decorative feature. Dowel fences are not ideal for containing small animals, as the gaps between the logs can be quite large. This however, allows for a very strong fence that looks fantastic!

Field Fence

Field fences are a type of wire fence that is commonly used for containing livestock, such as cattle and horses. This type of fence is made of wire mesh that is stretched between posts. T-Posts are a type of metal fence post that is commonly used in combination with wire fencing. They are driven into the ground and provide a sturdy support for wire fencing. T-Posts are suitable for use with a wide variety of animals, and are a popular choice for farms and ranches due to their longevity, durability.
