Loyalty Program Options

For a reduced $50 annual fee (from $100), Co-op Rewards customers earn:

• 5% back on all in store purchases (Receive a $10 reward for every 200 points accumulated. There is no limit to the rewards that can be earned and used.)
• Receive a 3% discount on fuel purchases
• Rewards points are earned with each (non-fuel)  purchase (converted nightly with the daily pass off). $1 spent = 1 reward point (Some restrictions apply: Fuel purchases not included, Gift Card Purchases not included.)
• Rewards $’s will be available and distributed quarterly (4 times each year with January 1^st as the first day of the calendar quarter)
• Rewards will be stored electronically in the system and can be used for in store purchases any time once available. (No more paper certificates to keep track of)
• Bulk Discount of 10% off of full pallet purchases
• Will be invited to Co-Op Rewards Customer discount days (formerly member appreciation sales)
• Your enrollment fee will be converted to 50 points AND you will also receive a welcome gift of 50 points upon enrollment.
• Renewal fees will also be converted to 50 points.  

All transactions for existing Loyalty Members from October 1, 2021 to date have been converted to the rewards points described above.

Rewards points will be earned within the quarter you are in. At the start of the new quarter, your points will be converted to reward $’s*. You will be eligible to use the reward $’s that you have earned in the previous quarter immediately on day one of each new quarter. The cashier will see your available rewards $’s and can apply your rewards with a push of a button. (No more paper certificates to keep track of!)

Your reward POINTS will not expire. Any points not yet converted to Rewards $’s will roll into the next quarter. Reward $’s are eligible to be used for in store as well as fuel purchases**.

*Any rewards $’s not redeemed within the quarter will not roll into the following quarter and will expire.

**Redeeming reward $’s for Fuel purchases must be done by the cashier during business hours, reward $’s cannot be redeemed at the pump at this time.

• Receive a 5% discount on Diesel purchases

• Rewards $’s will be available and distributed quarterly (4 times each year)

The roll out and automatic conversion is scheduled for August 15th.

All of your transactions with our Fiscal 2022 calendar will be converted on that date to the rewards points described above. Our fiscal year starts October 1st, so all the purchases you have made since October 1st 2021 will be accounted for in this conversion.

Voting members purchase a single voting share (one-time $50 purchase) of the Co-op and are eligible for patronage, discounts, and participation in the business of the Snohomish Co-op.
