Mike brings over twenty years of retail store managerial experience, including strong knowledge of retail sales, team building, training, business development, financial management, and operational excellence. Mike is here to help provide the best customer experience, and to support our friendly team at the Snohomish and Monroe Co-Op.
When Mike isn’t working, you can find him fishing. He’s an avid Bass Angler, and these days he mostly fishes in small tournaments. In past years he’s fished all of the “bigger” tournaments in Washington and Oregon. He’s currently the president of the Northend Bass Club. Every year for the last 13 years the club has held a charity tournament supporting Seattle Children's Hospital. In the last 10 years they have been able to contribute more than $36,000 directly to Children’s.
When Mike isn’t fishing, he’s likely making custom fishing lures. He pours lead jigs, paints custom hard baits and makes soft plastic lures. Growing up Mike had dogs and cats of all sizes from wiener dogs to Great Danes
Mariah made a return to the Co-Op in 2022, as the Snohomish Store Manager bringing with her five years of Co-Op employment experience. Mariah is a proud Snohomish native who loves the community, tradition, and sense of inclusion her hometown provides. After graduating from Snohomish High School she went to Cascadia College and obtained an associate degree in business.
In her free time Mariah likes to spend time with her family, go fishing, hiking and hunting, and spoil her dog Atlas, an ornery blue healer.
I have had the privilege of serving the membership of the Snohomish Co-Op for nearly 17 years in a number of capacities. I was hired in the fall of 2004 as the Warehouse Manager in Snohomish. Shortly thereafter I was moved into the role of Procurement Manager and performed this job for 10 years until I was offered the GM position. I served as your GM for nearly two years before I surrendered that position and moved into a Store Manager role. I would have to say that the most rewarding part of this job has been the people. The relationships and friendships that you build within the community and with your team.
Thank you to all the members of the Co-Op for this opportunity.
Kyle started at the Co-Op in 2018, hired as a Warehouse Associate. He soon became Warehouse Lead, and is now the Assistant Manager of the Monroe location. He has become a "Jack-of-all-Trades", learning many different jobs within the company. His relentless positive attitude helps him provide the best customer service.
On his day off he loves to play sports. He plays in the outfield of a softball team, and plays flag football in a football league.
Contact Kyle for any of your customer service needs. He is always happy to help.
Hired in 2019, Dan is new to the Co-Op team. Specializing in personnel management, and project organization, he works tirelessly to maintain the Co-Op properties, to oversee remodeling projects, and to lead our safety team.
Dan grew up in agriculture in Michigan, helping his family raise poultry, cattle, horses, and pigs. His first job, at age 10, was driving a grain truck next to a combine harvester. He needed blocks to reach the pedals. A self-motivated man, he put himself through college, completely financing it through his own labors.
On top of his other duties, Dan also leads our top-notch delivery team with acute attention to detail. If you have any questions about your delivery, give Dan a call.
Hired in 2016, Kevin graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelors in accounting.
With access to hundreds of thousands of products through various vendors and distributors, Kevin utilizes the purchasing power of the Co-Op to provide our members and customers with essential products for the best possible price.
Kevin is a Snohomish Alumni, and is thankful for the opportunity to return to the community he grew up in. Outside of the Co-Op you can find Kevin being pulled down the sidewalks by his 105lb German Shepherd, Tex.

She is having a great time learning the ins and outs of the Co-Op. She has met many wonderful people in our community, and is learning about farm animals, especially chickens.
Let Barbara know if you have any questions about Co-Op memberships. She's always happy to help!
