Around this time every year the grasses begin to grow again and our pastures start being enjoyed by the animals once more. If you have horses this is an important time to make sure you are being diligent about your deworming schedule.
In order to ensure the best results from your flower or vegetable garden, taking some time now to prepare and plan will give you the best results. So where to start….
To get the most out of the growing season, you must be planned, prepped, and ready to execute your gardening plans by the time the season arrives. Berries are a plant growing in popularity and a great use of space. Some of these plants like the cane berries (raspberries, blackberries) can be planted as early as February in the Snohomish area and blueberries as early as March!
When the winter arrives we usually assume that the animals will be leaving, but in reality most of those outdoor friends are still around and in need of food and water. Birds and deer are common animals that you can continue to feed through the winter!
Our Snohomish location is a fuel station with eight pumps to serve our customers. These pumps are available 24/7 and accept card payment at the pump. The Co-op is very proud to offer ethanol-free gasoline as one of the few in the area to provide this highly sought after fuel type. We offer 87 octane gasoline as our Regular and 92 octane as our Premium, both ethanol-free.
